Daniel J. Lynch is the President/CEO of VisionBridge. Since the early 1970s, Dan has been actively engaged in the development of medically integrated health and wellness centers. He spearheaded the American College of Sports Medicine preventive certification program, was National President of the Association for Worksite Health Promotion and has currently launched a Medically Integrated Facility Certification for the Medical Fitness Association. He is an accomplished lecturer who has spoken on preventative health strategies to thousands in 22 countries.
Additionally, Dan developed and managed over $500 million in building development and has experience overseeing operating budgets of up to $11 million per site and $40 million system wide.
He is adept at goal development and team building to accomplish the vision and outcomes of the business plan for medically integrated health and wellness centers. His proven ability to bring teams of 400 - 600 employees together to meet the common goal of the organization enabled him to create customer satisfaction programs that produced the highest retention rates achieved in the retail fitness market.
As a previous Hospital Administrator, Dan is comfortable in the healthcare environment and communicates very well with physicians and their office staff, and has successfully developed referral patterns from physician offices to health and fitness projects.
Mr. Lynch is entrepreneurial in spirit. He was active in the start up of five successful companies, a professional certification, published articles, professional speeches and guidelines for the delivery of corporate health promotion strategies.
Since 1997 he has been exclusively involved with medically integrated health and wellness centers. His experience with the following hospitals includes providing services that range from land acquisition, feasibility studies, design/development, marketing, and operations.

Mike Dupuis serves as Operations Advisor for VisionBridge. Like Dan Lynch, he has been working in the health and wellness industry since the early 1970s. He has been awarded multiple industry awards and accolades.
Mr. Dupuis also serves as the Executive Director of HealthWorks Fitness Center — a 48,000 square foot fitness center in El Dorado, Arkansas. In operation since 2002, the center currently has almost 5,000 members in a town of 21,000 resulting in higher than average market penetration. Most recently, he completed construction of a $6 million in-patient Hospice facility, as well as a $6+million expansion and renovation of HealthWorks. Mr. Dupuis earned his masters degree from the University of Maryland and his bachelors degree, specializing in exercise physiology from New England College. He has developed, or participated in, the development of operational manuals including accounting, development, equipment purchase, customer service, front desk operations, fitness programming, personal training, facility maintenance, facility inspections, standard operating procedures, food and beverage, sales, marketing, facility reports, and operational start-up and pre-sales. He has specialized training in customer service, sales, and operations.
Mr. Dupuis has significant Aquatic facility operational experience:
- 1975: Mt. Home AFB, (Idaho) indoor aquatic center. 10 lane 25 meter competition pool.
- 1976 - 77: Eielson AFB, (Alaska) indoor aquatic center. 8 lane 25 yard competition pool with 1 meter spring board and 3 meter platform.
- 1978 - 79: Norton AFB, (California) outdoor recreation pool.
- 1982 - 84: Somersworth Recreation Department, (N.H.) outdoor recreation pool.
- 1985 - 87: Ascutney Mountain Resort, (Vermont) indoor 6 lane 25 yard, 8 lane outdoor competition pool, 15 person Jacuzzi.
- 1990 - 94: Chancellors Racquet & Fitness Center, (Texas) outdoor recreation pool
- 1995 - 97: Hearthstone Country Club, (Texas), outdoor recreation pool
- 1997 - 99: The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health, (Florida), 25 yard indoor lap pool, warm water therapy pool.
- 2002 - present: HealthWorks Fitness Center, (Arkansas), former YWCA, indoor 6 lane 25 yards lap pool, lazy river, 60,000 gallon warm water therapy pool, one meter diving board, two indoor water slides, fully automated mechanical system, infrared filtration, State Champion swimming program, aquatic group exercise, physical therapy, warm water arthritis programs, advanced lifesaving/WSI courses, and scuba.
Stephen A. Black, DSc, PT, ATC/L, NCSA-CPT is the Clinical Advisor at VisionBridge and brings to the company 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As an entrepreneurial expert in the health care vocation, he has traveled the world promoting healthy lifestyles and providing expert insight and research in areas related to rehabilitation, fitness and sports specific training. Dr. Black has worked with professional teams including NFL, NBA, NHL, WNBA and ABL/NBL affiliates.
In addition to his responsibilities at VisionBridge, Steve is an Associate Professor of Health Promotion and Wellness at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. He frequently lectures on clinical integration in the health club/wellness setting, disease prevention and management as well as integrating the "well-care" model into industry. As a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Steve utilizes his expertise and experience to the benefit of his clients. Currently, Steve oversees clinical and research operations at RMHPC, an exercise testing and prescription facility located in West Springfield, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. RMHPC provides individualized programs for athletes, weekend warriors, and post-rehab clients. Steve is also a much sought after and respected presenter to the health and wellness industry. He serves as an advisor to several organizations and non-profit entities.
In his spare time Steve enjoys recreational activities such as running, cycling, swimming, skiing and experiential activities that lead to a balanced/integrated lifestyle. He has completed multiple endurance events including the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. Steve's passion is in assisting others achieve the lifestyle they aspire to.
